I believe you are enough! You already have what it takes. I take pride in making my patients feel aHealth and Happinessccepted and heard. Because the truth is, you know your body best.

I believe fully in the body’s natural ability to heal, and encourage trust in your body and in your innate wholeness. Health comes in many shapes and sizes. I strive, through playful, gentle, and compassionate exploration to help you attain your personal nutrition goals. Mindful eating and intuitive eating practices are incorporated in all of my nutrition work. I don’t believe in deprivation, fad diets, or a one-size-fits-all approach.
